Directions: 68W to exit 22, (just past Cumberland and Frostburg) Left off the exit, 3 miles and take a LEFT where the road ends, 2 miles to parking area.
The first trail is 6 miles out and back, parking area at W. Shale Rd.
The second trail is about 3 miles past W. Shale Rd., there is a sign on the left hand side of the road.

You have to have a DNR sticker, ($15),and...that's it. Take exit 62 off interstate 68, just after interstate 70 ends.

You have to have a DNR sticker ($15), Out near West Virginia and Deep Creek Lake, 495 south to 135, right on MD Route 560, be aware there is a hiking trail also on that trail system that ORV's are not allowed on.

Tasker's Gap, Edinburgh (VA)
The trail system is located west-southwest of Washington DC about 1.5 hours and totals about 23 miles. These trails are officially adopted by the Northern Virginia Trail Riders ( http://www.nvtr.org ) and is a MULTI-USE trail. Please be respectful of hikers, cyclists and two way traffic. If you encounter horses, pull aside and shut off your bike to let them pass, or make sure their riders have them well in hand before you pass VERY SLOWLY!.
Take 1-66 West to I-81 South to Edinburg/Rt. 675 exit east, then right onto Edinburg Gap Road three miles to trail head on the right.

George Washington and Jefferson National Forests (VA)
These forest areas are available to ride, and being a member in good standing of the Northern Virginia Trail Riders , and the Shenandoah ORV Association is a big plus. These organizations help keep our right to ride in good standing with the forest service and District Rangers.

Trail Head - Logan, West Virginia: On the side of a mountain that hugs the town. Arriving on South 119 into town, turn left into town at the stop light after you cross the Guyandotte river bridge in front of the Logan General Hospital. Go straight at the next stop light and bear left with the road into the mountains and the road turns into a dirt road at the top. A small arrow on a lone tree marks the trail head somewhere in there on a lone tree. Pay attention, you might pass it. There are two trail heads in Logan County near the towns of Logan and Man and one in Mingo County near Williamson. Each of these sections begins at trailside centers which are being established. Annual and 3-day user-permits can be purchased on the Hatfield-McCoy website or by calling the office at 800-592-2217. Permits will also be sold at the trailside centers from 8-10 a.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings.

The Marienville ATV/Bike Trail, (on State Route 66 east of the town of Marienville.)
The Rocky Gap ATV Trail (access from Township Road 3005, southeast of Warren),
The Timberline ATV Trail (access from State Route 948, north of Ridgway; also connects to the Marienville ATV Trail.)
The Willow Creek ATV Trail (on the eastern side of the Allegheny Reservoir, just south of the New York State line.)

The ski resorts Big Boulder and Jack Frost has a brand new off road park opened late last year. Known as Traxx, it has 7 different areas, ranging from motocross to a 5+ mile enduro course and is open year round.

Tower City (PA)
Tower City, PA has reopened under the management of the "Tower City Trail Riders".
They have access to 5000 acres in East/Central Pennsylvania near Exit 33 of Interstate 81.
This is not a free riding area, but it is legal. You must join TCTR first. Membership is not unlimited, and comes with several membership levels, some with exclusive campgrounds.
They do patrol the area frequently and will eject trespassers.

Club based membership riding, and day access passes available for motocross tracks. Located right down the road from Tower City, PA. 45 minutes north of Harrisburg, PA, Rausch Creek has several motocross and hare scrambles tracks and an infamous 10 mile rock trail.

Several motocross style tracks and over 10 miles of sandy trails. Annual memberships are available as well as day access. Open 7 days a week, with camping also available. Leave your beer at home, but bring your chest protector, it's REQUIRED.

Blue Diamond Park is a new and exciting sports and recreation facility in New Castle County Delaware. Conveniently located on Route 13 just south of New Castle, Blue Diamond Park will be Delaware's only one-stop family fun destination.
The first phase is scheduled to open in the summer of 2002, and will feature a Motocross Track, and All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) trail and a golf driving range. The Motocross track is a challenging 1.4 mile dirt track that will thrill riders of all ages and abilities. Sanctioned AMA competitions will be held at the track, along with open practice times and instructional clinics. The ATV trail is a 3 mile natural terrain course with jumps, valleys, and other fun obstacles. Pros and hackers alike can tune up their game and have fun at our 40 station driving range.
